Service Description

Yoga is not a practice based on spiritual and/or physical achievement. It is a practice of building a relationship between movement and breath. By bringing the principles of breath into your practice, your yoga will bring forth the gifts of good health, intimacy, integration, balance, emotional resource and creative energy, without the unnecessary struggle of trying to get somewhere other than where you already are. This will be a very gentle practice followed by seated pranayama.
