In person privates allow us to have personalized time where we can sit and discuss what is going on in your life in terms of physical and emotional health, work and life commitments. This time we take to connect will allow me to offer you a doable and sustainable practice in breath, movement and ritual that meets you exactly where you are. We will work together to cultivate the tools you can access in your daily life as a means of grounding, healing and presence.

Cancelation Policy

Please send notice of cancellation at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment, workshop or class in order to receive a refund.
